Please note:
You must supply your own tickets, banks, and sellers for this event. Prior to your event or the day of your event please supply the courtesy window with a list of names of volunteers (max. 8) so we may allow them in the gates. After your event we request a letter on your letterhead with the total amount collected sent to us via mail or fax for our records.
Gates open at 5:00 and you should be set up prior to the gates opening and drawing will be around 8:30-9:00 pm.
